ABOUT GREGORY BASSON BCOM CFP

Gregory Basson is a certified financial planner with over 20 years of experience in advising and assisting businesses and people grow and protect their wealth.

 

Greg believes in providing bespoke financial solutions for his clients financial needs because no two people or businesses are the same. 

 

He believes that after sales service and claims management is what differentiates professional financial advisors from policy reps.

Greg completed his Bcom at UNISA and his post graduate qualification in financial planning at the University of the Free State before gaining experience in business consulting, treasury management and retirement fund investments. He joined Liberty Life in 2008 where he was recruited into their Leadership Academy before moving to Cape Town to start the Rondebosch Agency.

 

Greg enjoys building personal relationships with his clients and particularly enjoys guiding and educating them on how to use their insurances and investments to master their money matters and achieve their financial goals and dreams.

Greg is an avid mountain biker, trail runner and golfer. He has completed the Argus Cycle Tour, Two Oceans Half Marathon, Die Burger Cycle Tour, Argus Mountain Bike race, Totalsports XTERRA.

 

He is husband to Zamin and father to Carmen and Cameron. Greg spends his weekends with his family enjoying his sport and contributing to the upliftment of the local communities in the Helderberg.
